  1. First  Open iTunes on your computer, if you are signed in with your Old Apple ID then sign out first.
  2. First Step Done Do 2nd, scroll down and select the country with which you want to create your Apple ID.
  3. 2nd Done, Now  Open any app in App store from iTunes and then it will prompt a message to enter your Apple ID and Password.
